I wanted to let you know that today I gave a presentation on my research project related to my trip to New York to the director of the honors college and other faculty and I absolutely crushed it. I was asked a lot of questions about my research and research process and spoke confidently. I really had a lot of confidence walking into such a big presentation and as much as I hate to admit it, I have you and AP Capstone to thank! Out of all of the classes I took at HG, I have seen this semester how much the classes I had with you prepared me the most for what  I am experiencing in college.

My firstborn has attended HGCS since kindergarten and is now a Senior. She has grown into such an inspiring, thoughtful and exceptional adult under the guidance and education that she has received at HGCS. My other 2 children are also students at HGCS and are receiving the same exceptional Christ centered education. Christian education is money well spent! Yes it's a sacrifice, but what of value isn't?

I love HGCS! I am a single mom and all four of my kids have graduated from HGCS. The investment of money and time is well worth every dime. Two of my kids received full ride scholarships in sports at Division II colleges in North Carolina. They also received academic scholarships. Each of my kids will tell you that HGCS did an awesome job preparing them for college. I hope to have my grandkids there one day!

As grandparents we have been to school Chapels, athletic events and other school related programs and have been impressed with the positive atmosphere, the friendliness of teachers and staff, our interactions with the kids and their interactions with each other.

Placing my child in a Christian school may necessitate a financial sacrifice, but the joy received from watching my child grow academically and mature in the Lord makes all the effort, all the time, all the money worth it.
